Your ideal stop along the historic Via Francigena

A small gem nestled in the Graian Alps, on the slopes of Musiné. This is the birthplace of the Goja del Pis Bistrot, just steps from the eponymous waterfall that enchants locals and visitors alike. Just steps from the center of Almese, yet immersed in nature, the Goja del Pis is one of the most enchanting spots along the Via Francigena in the Susa Valley.

Our bistro has a local and, at the same time, international soul

Sometimes we think we have to travel far to find our place in the world, but being away from home also allows us to understand the value of choosing to return to try to build something in the places that raised us.

For Arianna, the mind behind the Bistrot, this was the case. Her journey led her abroad, but she quickly rediscovered that her happiness could only be found in the Susa Valley. At home.

Calm, serenity and good things to share in company

We're here to try to breathe new life into the hamlet of Fucinassa, a place that exudes the magic of the mountains despite being just a few kilometers from Turin.

The Bistrot della Goja del Pis is a welcoming place, as good as the local products, carefully selected and starring in the menu.

Discover the true flavor of the Susa Valley

Every dish here tells a story. Every ingredient speaks of the land, local traditions, and knowledge passed down from generation to generation, like Grandpa Milziade's recipe for anchovies in green sauce and Grandma Giulia's tongue in sauce.
