The people of our bistro
The Goja del Pis Bistro was born from a shared vision and grows thanks to the people who inhabit it every day.
Women, stories, and generations work here: those who join the staff don't just work in the restaurant, they become spokespeople for the region, its traditions, and the producers who bring it to life.
Inside our Bistro there are pieces of the people who created it, of their history, their roots and their visions, but over time it will develop its own personality.
This personality will take shape thanks to the staff: the hands that cook, the people who welcome us, and the stories we share every day with those who come here.
If you stop by our Bistro, we want you to feel at home, a place where you can stop, slow down, listen to nature, and rediscover the value of things made with care.

The mothers of the project: Arianna and Ombretta
Sometimes Il Bistrot is born from the meeting of two complementary perspectives.
Arianna's international one, open and curious.
And that of Ombretta, deeply rooted in the historical memory of the country, in its traditions and knowledge of the territory.
Two different visions, but it is from this dialogue that the Bistrot della Goja del Pis was born.

A family kitchen with Sonia
Sonia doesn't come from the world of traditional catering, she hasn't worked in starred kitchens or in structured brigades.
She is one of the souls of the municipal bakery, a woman who has always cooked for people, not as a profession.
His cuisine is memory.
It tells the story of the Susa Valley with simplicity, through good, seasonal ingredients.

And a welcoming room with Giulia
Giulia brings great energy to the room.
Deeply connected to the local area, Giulia is also involved in the socio-cultural world and has experience in the restaurant industry, as well as a natural ability to build strong relationships with people.
In the dining room, she takes care of the reception, but she is also already focused on developing new activities for the Bistro, such as organizing events and opportunities to meet with the local community.
